It helps you let go of the issues within the tissues by resting in a posture for up to five minutes while being supported with props. This practice helps balance the nervous system, reducing stress, and anxiety, and is great for recovery of illness or injury by releasing deeply held tensions.
While you are in the yin restorative postures the sounds of singing bowls. chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and more help you reduce stress and release stuck energy and emotions that could be causing symptoms in the physical body.

Reiki Level 1, 2 & Master Certification
Reiki is a Japanese word used to denote a healing process that involves the use of universal life force energy. “Rei” means spiritual wisdom which understanding the person, their problems, the cause, and how to heal. “Kei” is the life force energy. The Reiki technique is therefore spiritually guided life force healing energy. When the life force energy of the individual is unbalanced, illness, pain, and dis-ease sets in. Reiki Therapy balances life force energy on a physical, spiritual, and emotional level working on both symptoms as well as causes.
Reiki is now being used in hospitals, medical and holistic centers, hospice centers, health fairs, yoga studios, spiritual centers, and homes on people, animals, plants, and everything. Reiki helps reduce negative side effects from things like Chemotherapy, surgery, and invasive procedures. Reiki can shorten healing time, reduce or eliminate pain, reduce stress, and help create optimism. Reiki is complementary to any healthcare modality. Reiki often involves the practitioners’ hands being placed on or within a few inches at various positions on the client’s body. Reiki can never cause harm because it is guided by universal spiritual wisdom or sometimes called god consciousness and will adjust itself to the client’s needs no matter where the practitioner has their hands.
Anyone can learn the Reiki technique to assist themselves and others to create balance, and well-being, from a Certified Reiki Master Teacher. A Reiki Master Teacher is needed to learn the technique and will attune a new healer by opening the channels of Life Force Energy to flow through hands to assist others with the Reiki energy.

A special diet will consist of everything that we bring through our senses, as it is food to the soul and our creating well-being. We can use the downward movement of the chakra system as a systematic way to manifest or achieve goals in our lives. There will be activities for each chakra to inspire and empower and take action on your heart’s desires. Take one chakra per day or expand it out for one chakra per week. After this workshop, you will have an understanding of a systematic technique of achieving your goals using your chakra system. You will also be able to see where you tend to be blocked from achieving them and creating balance to bringing goals into reality.
