Do you sometimes wake up with neck, shoulder back tension/pain or headaches, tingling or numbness in your arms? If you do I must tell you about this pillow I bought about 5 weeks ago. it’s amazing. As a yoga teacher and holistic practitioner, I know the importance of good posture and spinal alignment to our health and well-being. We spend a quarter of our lives sleeping and not having the proper support and alignment with our cervical spine can negatively affect our health without even knowing it. It can create sleep disorders, snoring, interrupted sleep, teeth grinding, insomnia, or clenching, muscle tension, headaches, and pinched nerves. I been asking chiropractors for years to recommend pillows to help my cervical spine and they had no recommendations to give.
